To get access to Helheim if you allready don't have it you have to start Braindeath mission of Ice Islands Quest. If you have access there but don't know how to get there just go to Buddel and ask for passage to Helheim. It costs 50gp but because he is drunk he can take you to wrong islands. Travel with him until you get to the right island. In Helheim get to the small hill like this map show:
Go up by the ramp and go a bit north and down 2 times by ramps. At floor -1 there are Ghouls and Mummies. Follow this map to get to the next floor:
At floor -2 there are Mummies, Crypt Shlambers and Demon Skeletons. Follow this map to get to the next floor:
At floor -3 there are Demon Skeletons and Bonebeasts. Follow this map to get to the Quest loot that is hidden in a Pile of Bones:
Now take the loot.
